School Trip to Qatar Scouts and Guides
October 2024
On a bright Sunday in October 2024, at 9:00 am, all of grade 4 went to Qatar Scouts and Guides to see a play about sea animals. Miss Aisha went with them. The characters in the play were fish, shark, and an octopus’s mom. From the play, the students learned that they must shower every single day. But deeper than that, they learned that we must be inclusive to each other and it doesn’t matter what we look like, we all deserve respect.
My favourite character was the shark. For me, the dancing was the best part of the play.

Teacher’s Day Report
October 2024
Teacher’s Day happens every year on the 5th of October. At our school, we celebrated it on 7th October 2024. In the morning assembly, there were many shows. The school was decorated beautifully. There was lots of gift-giving. Students gave their teachers flowers and presents and notes.
Teacher’s Day is important because students have the chance to show appreciation to their teachers for all the effort and hard work.
My favourite teachers are Miss Aisha and Miss Balkees. I like Miss Aisha because she did a movie night once. I like Miss Balkees because she is funny. I learned a lot from them because they teach well and care for their students.
What about you? What did you do on Teacher’s Day?
Who is your favourite teacher? Who did you show appreciation to?
